Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all household operations, including cleaning, laundry, and meal planning.
- Care for and supervise children, ensuring their safety and developmental activities.
- Plan age-appropriate play, learning, and daily routines for children.
- Manage household staff (if any) and ensure smooth coordination of duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in ECDE or a related child care field.
- Proven experience in home management and child care.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Swahili.
