Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries and create tailored itineraries.
- Build cost sheets that include ground transport, flights, park/conservancy fees, accommodation, activities, guide/driver costs, margins, and terms & conditions.
- Liaise with camps/lodges for availability, contract/offer rates, and holds.
- Prepare booking confirmations, pro-formas, and assist with handovers to operations.
- Maintain organized CRM and inbox hygiene, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certification in tours/travel from a recognized institution.
- Ability to perform safari costing with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and integrity.
