Job Responsibilities:
- Manage online store customer service and ensure smooth completion of orders through pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes.
- Handle user consultations and resolve complaints and disputes effectively.
- Maintain close contact with high-quality customers and perform account verification.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends and analyze the root causes of problems to continuously improve and optimize products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or higher, with preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce customer service or a strong interest in the e-commerce industry.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts as the platform operates 24 hours a day.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Word and Excel.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and patience.
- Excellent understanding and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
