Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close contact with high-quality customers and perform account verification.
  • Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and analyze the root causes of problems to continuously improve and optimize products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher, with preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce customer service or a strong interest in the e-commerce industry.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts as the platform operates 24 hours a day.
  • Proficiency in basic office software such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and patience.
  • Excellent understanding and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
