Job Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening applications.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
