Job Responsibilities
The ICT Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, managing security equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing reports. The role requires maintaining high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a multi-site environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in CCTV monitoring or security system management
- Familiarity with networked CCTV systems, IP cameras, and DVR/NVR setups
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent report-writing and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Experience in a construction or multi-site environment is an advantage
