Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control the HR budget, ensuring effective management of operational expenditure.
• Oversee data availability and optimize HR costs.
• Forecast HR costs in alignment with planned employee activities such as recruitment and salary reviews.
• Compile and distribute HR Management and Performance Analysis (MAPA) reports to leadership.
• Manage payroll systems, reconciliations, and provide necessary information to auditors.
• Prepare payroll summaries and monthly statutory returns, ensuring timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate HR data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee disciplinary actions and grievances professionally.
• Manage staff travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR data management, payroll processing, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
