Job Responsibility
Provide leadership and guidance on SWIFT Operations, Financial Market Operations, and Trade Services Operations to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in accordance with customer instructions and service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Project management certification (preferred).
- Diploma in Banking (preferred).
- 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Treasury Back Office.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for payments.
- Strong operational risk management skills.
- Experience in business process re-engineering.
- Focus on customer experience.
- Team leadership experience.
- Project management experience.
