Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Deliver goods promptly according to assigned routes.
- Check and verify delivery orders prior to dispatch.
- Minimize damages and breakages during loading, transport, and unloading.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and represent the company professionally.
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Code 10 driver.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
- Ability to load and unload packages.
- Experience with Scanning Inventory Systems (advantageous).
- Strong work history with no job hopping.
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations (essential).
- Clear criminal record (essential).
