Job Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies specific to the Zanzibar market, in line with national goals.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and oversee a high-performing sales team, establishing KPIs and promoting accountability.
- Market Development: Discover growth opportunities, enhance penetration in key segments, and modify strategies based on market dynamics.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders to boost brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Evaluate performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to management.
- Operational Coordination: Ensure alignment with network deployment, customer operations, and adherence to local regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in telecom sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and expanding operations.
- Strong knowledge of fiber products.
