Job Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing sales team, establishing KPIs and promoting accountability.
- Market Development: Identify growth opportunities, enhance penetration in key segments, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders to improve brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Evaluate performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Operational Coordination: Ensure alignment with network deployment, customer operations, and adherence to local regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in telecom sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and scaling operations.
- In-depth knowledge of fiber products.
