Job Responsibility
- Process, document, and evaluate returned goods accurately.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with products and provide solutions.
- Maintain return records in ERP and inventory systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for efficient return workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal returns policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in returns, reverse logistics, or technical support.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP and inventory systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
