Job Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax, VAT, and personal income tax filing and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and support external audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax laws.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve financial goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and tax-related roles.
- Experience in corporate accounting and taxation, preferably in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with financial statement preparation and external audit support.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Rwanda tax regulations, including corporate tax, VAT, and personal income tax.
- Experience applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare financial reports and tax documentation in English.
