Job Responsibility
- Execute audit assignments using the designated audit checklist.
- Carry out all audit activities according to the timelines outlined in the Work/Audit Analysis checklist.
- Draft audit reports in accordance with the Audit Report Template.
- Conduct audits by preparing Year-to-Date audit workings and annexures, ensuring all documents are appropriately named for future audits.
- Regularly follow up with process owners, department heads, or section heads to address audit non-conformities promptly.
- Perform audit assignments for colleagues during their absence due to annual leave or other assignments at different locations.
- Engage in additional project work, responsibilities, or participate in team meetings as required.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
