Job Responsibility
- Drive strategic direction, program quality, and high-impact influencing for Plan International Tanzania.
- Manage a team of thematic advisors, ensuring programs are evidence-based and aligned with national priorities.
- Lead the development of impactful, sustainable projects aligned with the Country Strategic Plan.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to meet program quality standards.
- Supervise and coach staff, tailoring development plans and conducting performance assessments.
- Monitor and report on risks associated with program delivery quality.
- Ensure accountability and knowledge management in line with the MERL policy.
- Track key performance indicators to enhance program quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in policy advocacy and program management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing evidence-based programs.
